Ingredients:
alcohol, pesticide-free burdock root (Arctium lappa/minus), milk thistle seed (Silybum marianum), organic yellow dock root (Rumex crispus/obtusifolius), dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), schisandra (Schisandra chinensis), vegetable glycerin

Suggested use
Shake well. Take 12-30 drops 1-3 times per day in a small amount of water/tea/juice on an empty stomach or before a meal.
When starting a product like this, it’s best to start on the lower dose and slowly work up. It is best to use this formula for at least four weeks for best results.

With this formula, it’s very important to drink more water than normal, and eat a lot of fiber (preferably in the form of vegetables and some fruit) so the body can actually carry out what the liver is processing.
