Suggested use:
Alcohol tincture:
15-25 drops in a small amount of water on an empty stomach or before meals, 1-4 times per day.
A small number of people find that herbs like red raspberry leaf that are high in tannins can make one feel nauseous if taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

Alcohol-free tincture:
40 drops in a small amount of water on an empty stomach or before a meal, up to four times per day.



Use daily until desired results are met and then you can try lessening the dose or only using it in the days before ones period (depending on each body’s needs).
