Suggested use:
As a kidney and urinary system cleanse or support:
Take 12-20 drops in a small amount of water on an empty stomach or before a meal up to three times per day. It is not suggested to take kidney products for more than two weeks at a time. If using for longer than two weeks, take a break between cycles of use.

When first inkling of symptoms of infection or irritation arise:
Take 24-36 drops up to four times daily in a small amount of warm water on an empty stomach. Take until all symptoms have subsided then take twice a day for 3-5 days thereafter.

Preventative use: It is not suggested to take products containing uva ursi for more than 14 days at a time.
When triggers arise (sex, dehydration, pre-menstrual week, etc), one may use two to three dose consecutively. Or one dose per day for two weeks with a small rest period before beginning again.

Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Important: One must drink A LOT of fluids to help these herbs do their jobs.
