What is activated charcoal?
Activated charcoal is a high-quality charcoal powder in easy-to-take capsule form.

Activated charcoal is a safe-for-consumption type of charcoal that has been uniquely produced resulting in a fine powder with absorbent properties.

Suggested use:
Take 1-2 capsules 3-4 hours before or after a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take charcoal at least one hour after medications and supplements or the charcoal may reduce their effectiveness.
It is recommended to take activated charcoal for no more than 3 consecutive days.

Keep dry and at room temperature (59°-86°F [15°-30°C]).
