For a persistent dry cough that is unproductive.
Unproductive meaning that there is no phlegm being brought up, BUT there might be some phlegm that feels stuck in the lungs that is dry or sticky and won’t come up.


How to use this tea:
Shake packet well before use.
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 rounded tablespoon of herbs. Cover and let steep for 20 minutes. Strain very well.

It is suggested to drink three cups a day, so one can make three servings in a big jar and drink throughout the day.

**Note the longer it steeps, the more therapeutic the cup of tea!
A convenient way to make this is to let it steep over night and refrigerate the resulting tea in the morning.
