Online cart orders:

Orders will appear in the online cart in US dollars, the equivalent of your order in Taiwanese dollars plus e-commerce fees.


Orders will be mailed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
of your payment and within 3 business days during sale periods.
Most orders to major cities arrive in one to two business days after shipping (excluding weekends as they are non-business days).
If your home/building doesn’t have a security desk to receive packages, please pay attention to phone calls from delivery people to prevent delivery delays.

I mail via the post office to home and office addresses.
A package takes on average two business days to arrive once shipped.
