ginkgo biloba (Salisburia adiantifolia, Salisburia macrophylla)

Suggested use:
1/8-1 teaspoon per day in water, teas, smoothies, yogurts of handmade pills and capsules.
Start with a smaller amount and work up if desired. It is not suggested to use gingko after 3 pm for some people.
