I’m going to cut to the chase. This formula is designed to assist the following symptoms:

Many herbal hay fever formulas require taking A LOT of tincture.
Perhaps a 30 ml and you need to take 9 ml or more per day? Yikes.

But why?

The reason for that is two-fold:
1) One of the primary herbs used is nettle. It’s really effective, but you need to use a lot of it when trying to calm an active bout with allergies.

2) In the case of calming an active allergy flare, it takes more herb to calm the system than to stop a flare before it starts.

So how do I get around that with this formula?

Suggested use:
20 drops up to four times per day under the tongue or in a beverage + one strong mug of nettle tea infusion (infusion = 1.5 tbsp of nettle leaf in a mug steeped at least one hour) or nettle tincture as instructed on the bottle per day.
Both are ideally consumed on an empty stomach on an empty stomach or before a meal.

Hot tip!
A great way to prepare nettle infusion is to make it before bed and drink it upon waking.
