Many herbal hay fever formulas require taking A LOT of tincture.

Suggested use:
20 drops 1 - 3 times per day under the tongue or in a beverage + one strong mug of nettle infusion (infusion = nettle steeped at least one hour) per day using 1.5 tablespoons of nettle per mug.
Both are ideally consumed on an empty stomach on an empty stomach or before a meal.

Hot tip!
A great way to prepare nettle infusion is to make it before bed and drink it upon waking.
