Suggested Use:
1/4-1/2 teaspoon per day in water on an empty stomach or before a meal in a small amount of liquid. Some people still get the benefits of lion’s mane when combining in smoothies and foods like yogurt. Please store in the fridge when not in use.

375 mg pure whole lion’s mane powder (Hericium erinaceus- fruiting bodies)
100 mg pure lion’s mane extract

Seal well and store in the fridge or a very cool and especially dry place when not in use.
