How to enjoy
This is a loose tea and it is best prepared in a container that is 600-1000 ml. A mug from HBH , french press, or a large jar works perfectly. This tea filter makes prep and clean up a breeze!
Give the bag of tea a shake, then use all 5 fingers to take a BIG pinch of tea and put in your filter, french press, or directly in your container to be filtered later. Pour freshly boiled water over the herbs and cover if possible while it steeps.

This isn’t a quick cup — it’s a slow-steeped infusion. Let it steep at least an hour. Making it before bed and letting it steep while you sleep works beautifully!
