Eleuthero has been used and trusted for more than one thousand years! It is also one of the most studied true adaptogens in modern times.
Both traditional use and modern science verify it can be used to support

• during times of stress

• recovery from stress, and physical and mental fatigue

• building feelings of vitality

• healthy immune function

• learning to create rest for ones’s self

I especially like working with eleuthero when the dark circles under the eyes are from depletion. Eleuthero can be especially helpful in people who need this kind of support.

It’s important to give herbs time to do their work. The more they need to work with our body to create lasting change, the more time they many need. Give an herb *at least four weeks of daily at more than a minimum dosage before deciding if it’s right for you.
