In my opinion elder flower is under used. Both flowers and berries are deeply immune building and allies in prevention and treatment of infections.
A good rule of thumb is that the berries a more potent ally to the lower respiratory system. The flowers are the greater ally to improving fever outcomes and upper respiratory symptoms.

Adults:
Take 12-20 drops of tincture in a small amount of water/tea/juice up to 4 times daily during cold and flu.

As daily immunity support:
Take 12 drops of tincture once daily
Best used on an empty stomach or before a meal
