FAQs

Is there anything else I can do to support my body while taking this formula?

Yes!

Hydration comes first.
Aim for at least 2 liters of water or herbal tea daily. Without adequate fluid, the body simply can’t move things along. Even on an ordinary day, let alone during a period of increased release.

Fiber is essential.
A daily intake of 25–35 grams of fiber supports healthy elimination and helps carry waste out of the body. During times when the body is letting go more actively, fiber plays a key role in absorbing and excreting what the body is letting go of.

If fiber intake increases, water must increase too. Without enough fluid, fiber can slow things down rather than help. This can lead to discomfort or constipation.
