These nutrient-rich allies support digestion, gentle detoxification, and nutrient replenishment. Red dates and linden soothe the heart and nervous system, while damiana adds brightness that keeps you light in spirit even as the days grow darker.

To me, Inner Hearth feels like opening a window to the new season, letting in renewal while tending the warmth that keeps you well.

Tastes like:
Deep, roasted earthiness with soft sweetness and subtle spice. It pairs really nicely with a sweetener to bring out even more flavor in the tea. Add to your black tea, green tea or yerba mate to more easily add it to your daily routine.

How to enjoy:
This is a loose tea and it is best prepared in a container that is 600-1000 ml. A mug from HBH , french press, or a large jar works perfectly. This tea filter makes prep and clean up a breeze!

Give the bag of tea a shake, then use all 5 fingers to take a BIG pinch of tea and put in your filter, french press, or directly in your container to be filtered later. Pour freshly boiled water over the herbs and cover if possible while it steeps.

Organic raspberry leaf, rosehips, red dates, roasted chicory, pesticide-free ginger, pesticide-free burdock root, organic dandelion root, organic damiana leaf, pesticide-free cornsilk, linden flower, licorice root (sweet not anise flavor)
